Grace is an interesting character, mostly mysterious, brave and strong, smart and wise. Grace rarely if ever shows her soft side. She is always seen carrying a weapon if she needs to defend herself in any situation. Grace is not the flirty type as everyone thinks she is. In fact she'd rather fight against a boy than go out with him! Grace shows no mercy whatsoever in fights/combat etc... so beware.
Grace is also not the type to just sit around. She loves the Dauntless ritual zip-lining from building to building, rock climbing and other adrenaline-rush activities. On another side, Grace knows a lot about the Purity War and the history of all five factions. She is naturally smart and all her friends call her the 'Dauntless-cross-Erudite bred'. Grace is never boastful about her smartness however secretly she herself likes being smart and wise.
Grace dislikes map-reading, shopping, makeup and cowards. She is always a perfectionist and she doubts herself sometimes. She also doesn't trust many people in Erudite.

Grace comes from a respected Dauntless family. Her mother was Erudite born but transferred to Dauntless and her father was always Dauntless. From aged 10, Grace has always been an excellent fighter and quite smart for her age, knowing much more things than her friends do. Her father always taught her skills in combat. Grace has been able to show these skills in initiation which got her ranked Number 1.
